FEEDING SYSTEMS - POWER DOUGH FEEDER

The Power Dough Feeder aims to transform biscuit production through its remarkable flexibility and efficiency. It includes a highly customizable mixing drum that can be set to various discharge angles, reaching up to 170º, enabling precise adjustments tailored to specific production requirements. This feeder accommodates both bulk and manual ingredient feeding methods, easily integrating with automatic or semi-automatic ingredient feed systems while also allowing for manual feeding when necessary.

ROTARY MOULDING UNIT

Our Rotary Moulding Unit is a vital addition to any biscuit manufacturing facility, offering versatility, precision, and durability to meet the highest production standards. With widths ranging from 800 mm to 2500 mm and roller diameters from 200 mm to 400 mm, our unit is designed to accommodate various production scales and requirements. Direct Gas Fired

Our Direct Gas Fired (DGF) Oven is expertly designed to meet the specific baking needs for various biscuit production. Whether you are involved in general production or focusing on specialty items like cream and soda crackers, which require short baking times and high temperatures, this robust oven delivers excellent performance. Its design features exceptional baking capabilities while offering the versatility to accommodate a wide range of products.

Hybrid Oven

The Hybrid Oven is a breakthrough in baking technology, combining Convection, Cyclothermic, and Direct Gas-Fired (DGF) systems to enhance every stage of the baking process. This innovative approach utilizes the strengths of each heat transmission method to meet specific baking needs.

 

Initially, the oven uses either the Cyclothermic or Direct Gas-Fired system for rapid heat transfer, crucial for the ideal rise and texture in products like crackers and soft biscuits. As baking progresses, it transitions to an indirect Convection system, ensuring even heat distribution and consistent quality throughout the baking cycle.

Indirect Convection

Our Indirect Convection Oven is designed with advanced technology, featuring a heat exchanger and duct network in each zone for optimal baking efficiency. By circulating hot air over the product, it effectively removes moisture and accelerates the baking process, making it ideal for biscuits. The oven excels in the higher temperature zones of a hybrid setup while ensuring a clean baking environment by routing combustion products through the heat exchanger before contact with the food. It promotes uniform heat distribution with large air ducts equipped with nozzles that evenly direct hot air above and below the baking band. A powerful blower circulates air around the heat exchanger and combustion chamber for precise temperature control. Additionally, the double damper balanced system regulates humid air output and dry air intake, while the extraction system efficiently expels combustion gases—creating a well-controlled and effective baking atmosphere.

POST BAKING SECTION

Ensuring optimal cooling is crucial in the biscuit production process. Our advanced turnkey baking lines include customized post-baking systems designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of operators. These systems guarantee ideal cooling and efficient handling of various biscuit types, such as hard dough biscuits and crackers, before they are seamlessly transferred for packaging. The Batter Mixer is designed for fully automatic production to supply Baking Plants, whether manual or automatic. Consistent batter is essential for quality products like cones and wafers. The age of the batter affects sheet quality, so to ensure freshness, smaller batches should be prepared.

Automatic Wafer Baking Machine

The automatic wafer baking machines are designed for the production of high-quality flat wafers. These machines can be equipped with 18, 24, 30, 36, or 42 baking plates (tongs) based on the required output.
